To Begin:
Prepared fruit starter: changes daily
Choice of orange juice, fresh pressed apple juice, cranberry or tomato juice
Help yourself to the fruit bowl, yogurts, range of cereals &
home-made crunchy granola cereal (includes honey, nuts and seeds)
Porridge available – please ask
Cooked Dishes:
The ‘full-cooked’ includes locally sourced egg, bacon, sausage,
tomato, flat mushroom and Derbyshire oatcake
Boiled, scrambled or poached eggs
Kipper, smoked haddock
Smoked salmon with scrambled eggs
Vegetarian sausages (vegan or home-made leek & cheese)
Baked beans and/or black pudding can be added
Any variation or combination of the above
To Finish:
Toast with home-made jam, lemon curd, marmalade or local honey
Croissants, pain au chocolat and home-made scones available
